Privacy policy

We store only what we need to run the service: the URLs you watch, the text we extract from them, your alert destinations (email address or webhook URLs), and, if you pay, a Stripe customer ID. Stripe handles payment details. We never see your card.

We use no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. We keep basic server logs (page path, referrer, user agent) to understand traffic.

We never sell or share your data. To delete your data, delete your monitors from your dashboard, or email hello@diffbell.com and we'll delete your account.
